I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a room that was comfortable and clean but slightly outdated, and a roomy layout overlooking the courtyard through glass. The staff were all credit to the hotel, very helpful, and went the extra mile to assist us. The location was brilliant, allowing easy access to major sites, bars, and restaurants. The dining experience was incredible, although it could have had more variety to the menu. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The location is excellent, right in the old quarter and only 100m from the Cathedral, making it super convenient to see everything in Seville. The rooms were a bit small and dark initially, showing twin beds despite booking a different setup, but seeing the scrambled eggs and hot coffee made up for it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even providing an electric kettle when we asked for it. The dining experience was average; I enjoyed the real scrambled eggs and fruit, but more variety and better selection would have been nice. Overall, a great stay with some minor hiccups.

The hotel is in a lively area full of tapas bars, good restaurants, and shops, within a short walk of the Cathedral of Sevilla and the amazing Alcázar. The staff is very friendly and helpful, available 24 hours a day. However, the rooms are somewhat small and do not have windows opening to the outside, which may feel a bit claustrophobic.
